Refund and Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • All private tour bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
    • The booking confirmation will be sent via email, including details such as date, time, meeting point, and any other relevant information.

  2. Payment:

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
    • We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made [7] days or more before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between [2] and [6] days before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a partial refund, minus a [30]% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within [1] day of the scheduled tour date.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • Guests may request to reschedule their private tour based on availability.
    • Requests for rescheduling should be made at least [2] days prior to the original tour date.

  5. No-shows:

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals. It is the responsibility of the guest to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.

  6. Tour Changes and Cancellations by Us:

    • In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, guide unavailability), guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  7. Guest Responsibilities:

    • Guests are expected to follow the guide’s instructions for their safety and enjoyment during the private tour.
    • Any damage caused to property during the tour by a guest will be the responsibility of the guest.

  8. Weather Conditions:

    • Tours will proceed rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

  9. Health and Safety:

    • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the private tour. Please inform us of any health conditions or special requirements in advance.

  10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By booking a private tour with us, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. It is recommended to carefully read and understand these terms before making a reservation.
